Indian offered Majeed 1 million US dollars to alter the result of the Oval Test

An Indian link in the spot fixing trial emerged when the recording between Pakistan players'agent Mazhar Majeed and the undercover reporter were heard by the court in London. Allegedlly an unnamed Indian businessman offered Majeed 1 million US dollars to alter the result of the Oval Test last year, but the deal didn't go through as Pakistan won the match.
A sports agent told an undercover reporter he could fix the results of cricket games using a stable of six Pakistani players, with a Test match costing£1 million to rig, a London court heard Monday.
