Bangladesh, chasing a huge 508-run target, lost opener Imrul Kayes and Shahriar Nafees before reaching 73-2 in their second innings at tea on the penultimate day.
Pacer Fidel Edwards, who rocked Bangladesh with five quick wickets in the first innings, struck in his second over when he had Kayes (nine) caught by Kirk Edwards at first slip.
Seamer Darren Sammy then held a return catch to dismiss Nafees (18) in the last over before the break.
