BCCI should follow government guidelines: Kapil, Azhar

Former Indian cricket captains Kapil Dev and Mohammed Azharuddin today favoured the BCCI becoming a National Sports Federation and falling under the purview of the RTI Act, as proposed in the National Sports (Development) Bill.
